Merch Town is a ChatGPT app and website operated with Marketspace. This policy describes the personal data we handle when you use merch.town or the Merch Town plugin.

Data our tools return

• Images you provide in ChatGPT or upload in the widget, including print-ready copies we generate.
• Your email address, used for checkout receipts and order records.
• Shipping name and address collected by Stripe Checkout so Printful can fulfill physical goods.
• Order identifiers (Merch Town order number, Stripe session id, and Printful order id).

MCP tool results do not include ChatGPT session payloads, debug traces, or API keys.

Analytics cookies

merch.town web pages may load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 when that app is enabled. Those cookies measure visits to the website. They are not loaded inside the ChatGPT widget iframe.
